• Replaces the template-style Chapter 01 hosting lesson with a practical operator guide.
• Compares local installs, VMs, containers, cloud VMs, and dedicated servers by learning fit and risk.
• Adds baseline evidence commands, rollback/cleanup planning, cloud cost/security guardrails, hands-on practice, and review questions.
